Personal Information Collection (PIC) Statement

The information collected from you will be used by the Information
Technology Services Center (ITSC) of The Hong Kong University of
Science and Technology (HKUST) for the purpose stated on each individual
on-line submission form, and all purposes related to your use of the
University's Computing and Networking Services.

You have the right to request access to and correction of information
about you held by us.
If you wish to access or correct your personal data held by us, please
submit your enquiry / request to your department's Inter-departmental Liaison
Person.

User can also modify, correct or set access control to some of your own
information shown in the University Communications Directory yourself through
Setup your Contact Details.

All users are expected to observe acceptable standards of behaviour
in using HKUST Computing and Networking Services.
